Uygulamayı hesapsız kullanabilirsin. Hesap açarsan verdiğin bilgilerin doğru olmasından ve hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun. Hesabını dilediğin zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsin.
Pro aboneliği App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satılır ve otomatik yenilenir. Ücret, mevcut dönem bitmeden 24 saat önce hesabından tahsil edilir. Yenilemeyi durdurmak için aboneliği mağaza hesabının ayarlarından iptal etmelisin; uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Ücret iadeleri ilgili mağazanın kurallarına tabidir.
Yazdığın scriptler ve çektiğin videolar sana aittir; üzerlerinde hiçbir hak talep etmiyoruz. Bu içerikler cihazında durur ve bize gönderilmez.
Yapay zekâ özelliği taslak metin üretir. Üretilen metnin doğruluğunu, özgünlüğünü ve kullandığın bağlama uygunluğunu kontrol etmek senin sorumluluğundadır.
Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla, başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek biçimde veya hizmeti bozmaya yönelik kullanamazsın.

Yazdığın konu ve hedef kitle, yapay zekâya gönderilmeden önce otomatik olarak denetlenir; uygunsuz istekler reddedilir ve bu durumda günlük yapay zekâ hakkın düşmez. Üretilen taslak da sana gösterilmeden önce denetlenir; reddedilirse harcanan hak iade edilir. Filtreler her durumu yakalayamayabilir; yakalanmayan içerik de yasaktır ve sorumluluğu sana aittir.
Uygunsuz bir yapay zekâ yanıtıyla karşılaşırsan [email protected] adresine yazarak bildirebilirsin. Bildirimleri inceler ve gerekli önlemi alırız.
Kısa süre içinde art arda reddedilen istekler (30 dakikada 3 red) yapay zekâ özelliğini geçici olarak durdurur; bekleme süresi bitince özellik yeniden açılır. Tekrarlayan ya da ağır ihlallerde hesabının yapay zekâ özellikleri kalıcı olarak kısıtlanabilir; bu kısıtlama incelemeden sonra elle uygulanır. İtiraz için [email protected] adresine yazabilirsin. Çocuk istismarı gibi ağır suçlar, yasal yükümlülüklerimiz ölçüsünde yetkili makamlara bildirilebilir.

Takely is a teleprompter app that lets you read your script while recording video. The app is provided by Dode Yazılım.
You can use the app without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.
Pro is sold through the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically. Your account is charged 24 hours before the current period ends. To stop renewal, cancel the subscription in your store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds follow the relevant store's rules.
The scripts you write and the videos you record are yours; we claim no rights over them. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
The AI feature produces draft text. Checking that the output is accurate, original and appropriate for your context is your responsibility.
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, in ways that infringe others' rights, or to disrupt the service.
You may not request or try to generate with the AI feature:
The topic and audience you enter are screened automatically before they are sent to the AI; inappropriate requests are rejected and do not use up your daily AI allowance. The generated draft is also screened before it is shown to you; if it is rejected, the allowance spent is refunded. Filters cannot catch every case; content that slips through is still prohibited and remains your responsibility.
If you come across an inappropriate AI response, you can report it by writing to [email protected]. We review reports and take appropriate action.
Repeated rejected requests within a short time (3 rejections in 30 minutes) pause the AI feature temporarily; it becomes available again when the cooldown ends. For repeated or serious violations, your account's AI features may be restricted permanently; such restrictions are applied manually after review. To appeal, write to [email protected]. Serious offences such as child abuse may be reported to the competent authorities to the extent required by law.
The app is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from lost recordings, outages or device-related problems. This does not affect rights that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app.
