Uygulamayı hesapsız kullanabilirsin. Hesap açarsan verdiğin bilgilerin doğru olmasından ve hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun. Hesabını dilediğin zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsin.
Pro aboneliği App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satılır ve otomatik yenilenir. Ücret, mevcut dönem bitmeden 24 saat önce hesabından tahsil edilir. Yenilemeyi durdurmak için aboneliği mağaza hesabının ayarlarından iptal etmelisin; uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Ücret iadeleri ilgili mağazanın kurallarına tabidir.
Yazdığın scriptler ve çektiğin videolar sana aittir; üzerlerinde hiçbir hak talep etmiyoruz. Bu içerikler cihazında durur ve bize gönderilmez.
Yapay zekâ özelliği taslak metin üretir. Üretilen metnin doğruluğunu, özgünlüğünü ve kullandığın bağlama uygunluğunu kontrol etmek senin sorumluluğundadır.

Takely is a teleprompter app that lets you read your script while recording video. The app is provided by Dode Yazılım.
You can use the app without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.
Pro is sold through the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically. Your account is charged 24 hours before the current period ends. To stop renewal, cancel the subscription in your store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds follow the relevant store's rules.
The scripts you write and the videos you record are yours; we claim no rights over them. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
The AI feature produces draft text. Checking that the output is accurate, original and appropriate for your context is your responsibility.
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, in ways that infringe others' rights, or to disrupt the service.
The app is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from lost recordings, outages or device-related problems. This does not affect rights that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app.
