En hızlı yol uygulamanın içinden: Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil. İşlem anında tamamlanır ve onay beklemez.

Silindiğinde ne olur

Hesabın ve giriş kimliğin kalıcı olarak silinir.
Buluttaki verilerin — profilin, abonelik kaydın ve yapay zekâ kullanım sayacın — silinir.
Apple ile giriş yaptıysan Apple'daki yetkilendirme de iptal edilir.
Scriptlerin ve video kayıtların cihazındadır; onlar zaten bize gönderilmiyor. Cihazdan silmek istersen uygulamayı kaldırman yeterli.

Silme işlemi geri alınamaz. Aktif bir aboneliğin varsa hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez — aboneliği App Store veya Google Play hesabından ayrıca iptal etmen gerekir.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan

Telefonunu değiştirdiysen ya da uygulamayı kuramıyorsan, hesabını açarken kullandığın e-posta adresinden bize yaz:

Konu satırına “Takely hesap silme talebi” yazman yeterli. Talebi 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırıp sana bilgi veriyoruz. Doğrulama için yalnızca talebin hesabın e-posta adresinden gelmesini istiyoruz.

Deleting your account

Fastest route is inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. It completes immediately, with no waiting period.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in identity are permanently removed.
Your cloud data — profile, subscription record and AI usage counter — is deleted.
If you signed in with Apple, the Apple authorisation is revoked as well.
Your scripts and video recordings live on your device and were never sent to us. Uninstalling the app removes them.

Deletion is permanent. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account.

If you can't access the app

If you changed phones or cannot install the app, email us from the address you signed up with:

Subject “Takely account deletion request” is enough. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email. For verification we only ask that the request comes from the account's own email address.
